Rhythmic Angels® is well-established rhythmic gymnastics program based in the Farmington, Connecticut offering classes for girls as young as 3.5 years old.
​
The program will allow your kid to improve coordination, flexibility and strength, become fit, confident and agile. Learn new tricks with hoops, ribbons, clubs and balls - all choreographed to music - while having lots of fun!

We're fully accredited by USA Gymnastics, the national governing body for the sport in the United States. We are a USA Gymnastics Member Instructor #602365 and a USA Gymnastics Club Member #930520
Background
Born in Latvia coach Jula began as a competitive rhythmics gymnast in her native Riga at age 5.
In 2012 Ms. Jula began her practice as a US rhythmics coach under the auspices of Rhythmic Dreams of Needham, MA, one of the most reputed rhythmics academies in the North East.
Before relocating to Farmington, West Hartford area in 2014, Coach Jula became certified and licensed to train kids and adults in rhythmics by most accredited athletics organizations. Ms Jula now coaches groups of enraptured K12, teen and pre-teen gymnasts at new Rhythmic Angels facility at Malibu Fitness in Farmington CT.

Rhythmic gymnastics is one of the most beautiful Olympic sports. Only by practicing rhythmics kids can experience a rich variety of music, international dance styles, a “yoga level” of flexibility and breathtaking coordination.
​
Tailor-made leotard designs, creative teamwork, exercising with multiple apparatuses such as hoops, ribbons, jumping ropes, balls and clubs and personality-infused routines will all inform your child's aesthetic and athletic education. Everyone will find something to love about rhythmic gymnastics.
​
Today, kids are challenged with a great deal of pressure at school, and many feel unsatisfied and overwhelmed after school day. Rhythmic Gymnastics after-school activities help kids shake off pressure and express themselves in our supportive and friendly environment.
​
Not all kids will become champions, but all deserve a chance and support to try to compete by gradually building self-confidence, and we will be there to support and guide them.
​
At Rhythmic Angels®, we have small classes for ages of 3 - 6 and maximum 12 girls for ages 7+, which both work perfectly for beginners. This approach allows us to better interact and develop individual rapport with every student.
