Rhythmic Angels Inc. ("Rhythmic Angels," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website rhythmicangels.com and provides rhythmic gymnastics instruction for children. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Because our students are children, we take particular care with the information we hold about them.

By using our website or enrolling a child in our programs, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

From parents and guardians:

Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
Payment records (dates and amounts paid; see "Payment information" below)
Messages you send us through our contact form, email, or text

About enrolled children:

First and last name and date of birth or age
Emergency contact information
Health, allergy, or medical information you choose to share so we can keep your child safe
Attendance and progress notes

Automatically, when you visit our website:

Standard technical information such as your device type, browser, and general location, and how you navigate the site. This is collected through our website host and analytics tools (see "Cookies and analytics").

We do not collect or store passwords, and we do not operate user accounts on our website.

How we collect information

Enroll a child and complete our registration and waiver forms
Contact us by email, phone, or text

We do not purchase personal information about you from third parties.

Children's information

All of our students are minors. We collect information about a child only from the child's parent or legal guardian, as part of registration, and we use it only to provide our programs and to keep the child safe. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through our website.

A parent or guardian may review the information we hold about their child, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except where we are required to keep certain records — see "How long we keep information"). To make a request, contact us using the details at the top of this policy.

Photos and video

We sometimes take photographs and video of classes, shows, and events, and we may use them to promote Rhythmic Angels — for example on our website, Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.

We ask for your consent for this separately, as part of registration. You may decline photo and video use, or withdraw your consent at any time, and this will not affect your child's enrollment. If you have given consent and later change your mind, contact us and we will stop using new images of your child and remove existing images from materials we control where reasonably possible.

Payment information

We currently accept payment by [Venmo, check, and cash]. When you pay by Venmo, your payment is processed by Venmo under its own privacy policy, and we receive only the information needed to confirm your payment. We do not collect or store full credit or debit card numbers on our website.

How we store information and who we share it with

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, and information submitted through our site may be stored on Wix's servers. Wix maintains its own security measures and privacy practices.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

Wix — website hosting and contact/registration forms
[Venmo] — payment processing
[Google Analytics / Meta] — website analytics and advertising, if enabled (see below)

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of a child, our staff, or others.

We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your information.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly and to help us understand how visitors use the site. We may use tools such as [Google Analytics] to measure website traffic.

If we run advertising on platforms such as Facebook or Instagram, we may use an advertising pixel that shares limited website-visit information with those platforms so we can measure and improve our ads.

How long we keep information

We keep student and family records for as long as your child is enrolled, and for 5 years afterward, so that we can maintain accurate business, payment, and safety records and comply with legal requirements. After that, we securely delete or anonymize the information. You may ask us to delete information sooner, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

Ask what personal information we hold about you or your child
Ask us to correct information that is wrong
Ask us to delete information (subject to records we must legally keep)
Ask us to stop contacting you with non-essential messages
Withdraw photo/video consent at any time
