Pre-K & Rising Stars: Every Champion Starts Small
Starting rhythmic gymnastics early gives young children a wonderful foundation. At this age, our Mini Rhythmic Angels build flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness — all while having fun and learning to follow a class. For our youngest gymnasts, just one or two 45-minute sessions a week is a perfect start. These early years develop skills that stay with a child for life, whether or not she ever competes.
Many of our students who began at three or four and later moved up to our team have gone on to place first, second, or third at State competitions. And for those who choose a different path — dance, figure skating, ballet, or another sport — the strength, discipline, and coordination they build here give them a real head start.
Over a few years of training, these girls develop remarkable core strength and a natural grace that stays with them wherever they go.

Recreational & Beginners: Fewer Hours. Same Heart.
Our recreational and beginers classes are for girls who love the sport but spend fewer hours in the gym — and make no mistake, they work just as hard. They train with the hoop, ball, ribbon, and clubs, and perform in our Winter and Year End Shows in costumes, with special performances.
For some, these classes are their main focus; for others, they complement a different primary sport like dance, figure skating, or another discipline, building strength and artistry that carry over beautifully.
After a few years of training, these girls develop excellent core strength and a natural grace that shows in everything they do — on the floor and off.

Parties at Rhythmic Angels Gym: Where Hard Work Meets Real Fun
We believe in discipline and hard work — our classes are focused and results-oriented, with fun woven in along the way. We host a few celebrations through the year — holiday parties for Halloween and Valentine's Day, just for our rhythmic gymnasts ages six and up. These are pure fun: a chance for girls from different classes to connect, make friends, and simply enjoy their time at the gym.

Summer Intensive Classes: Train Hard. Play Hard. Stay Sharp.
Summer at Rhythmic Angels is the perfect mix. For at least four weeks, our gymnasts train hard in our intensive classes — about three-quarters of each session is focused on conditioning, flexibility, and apparatus skills, and the rest is pure fun: games, creativity, and time with friends. Girls stay in shape and keep improving, all while making the kind of summer memories that keep them coming back year after year.
These weeks do more than fill the summer. For our Pre-Team and Team gymnasts, summer intensives are required — the extra hours give them the time they need to learn new routines and prepare for the next competitive level. For our Advanced and Rising Stars gymnasts, they're highly recommended, offering a real boost in coordination, flexibility, and overall skill before the new season begins.
Because of the longer training hours, summer intensives are open to gymnasts ages six and up, and are offered exclusively to enrolled Rhythmic Angels students. Spaces are limited and fill early, so please ask Ms. Jula for the schedule and pricing flier, and pre-register before the Winter Show.

Winter & Year-End Show: Their Moment to Shine.
Twice a year, we hold our Winter and Year-End Shows — held right here at the Rhythmic Angels gym on a Saturday, with participation included in the session price. These shows are our reward to the girls for their hard work and effort. Each gymnast performs a fun routine choreographed to her level, together with the other girls from her group, set to a famous cartoon and other popular music the girls love, and they're always thrilled to take the floor in beautiful costumes.
The shows are also a wonderfully supportive first stage for our youngest gymnasts: performing in front of a crowd in a familiar, encouraging setting builds the confidence that later makes them far more comfortable competing at other locations.
